Christel Lautel
Christel Lautel, a California native, is the founder and Co-Organizer for International Flow Arts Day. The co-founder, President, and Co-Instructor for association Hoop Fitness Genève.Geneva, Switzerland's first nonprofit sports association dedicated to the promotion and democratization of hula hooping. Sheis also the creative force behind the fitness practice Hoop Gymnique™ and the athleisure & hula hoop brand Afro Hippie Hoops. Christel is "passionate about helping people love their bodies with the joy and fun of fitness through flow arts, and an ardent advocate of the holistic practice of hula hooping." |
HoopsieDee
HoopsieDee or, Dee is a Co-Chair and Co-Organizer of International Flow Arts Day. She is a St. Louis, Missouri based photographer, burlesque performer, jam skater, and hoop dance instructor. Deeply involved bringing equity and social justice to her local community, where she shares her passion for her craft. Dee is a firm believer "in strengthening the communities in which you live." |
Romain Lautel
Romain, originally from France, is a Co-Organizer for International Flow Arts Day and a founding member of both the non-profit sports association's Hoop de Mars and Hoop Fitness Genève. After practicing and teaching Capoeira for 15 years, he developed a passion and love for fitness, experienced Savate boxing, running, CrossFit, and weight lifting. Romain believes "the fellowship, discipline, focus, and physical agility found by doing sports is beneficial to all." |
