I was always into sports but never into a movement that involved so much flow. When I was introduced to hooping, I was terrible at it for maybe the longest time because the flow is what i never understood. It's only when I began dancing that things started making sense. And then i fell in love with another movement- Capoeira. And now i can't seem to hoop without amalgamating bits of capoeira into it.
