I've been hooping and involved in the Cape Town Flow arts community for the last 6 years! What started out as me just being totally addicted to hooping, led to teaching, sharing and making new connections everywhere I went. I've since also expanded and picked up various other toys like fans, double staff and at the moment I'm playing with a dragon staff ;) My Flow heroes are Tiana Zoumer and Linda Farkas.
